At GCL, we are experts in our field and can offer knowledge and experience that is second to none. GCL are currently providing consultancy advice to a number of PCTs and various NHS Authorities, particularly in respect of the redevelopment of some high profile hospitals to provide key retail facilities. We are providing both a consultancy role and a more hands-on management and agency role in a variety of hospitals and further information can be provided by Neil Grice.
In respect of universities, this is an area that GCL have recently moved into and are undertaking our own private research. This research is looking into the level of facilities offered in tertiary education establishments and building a database of interested retailers with a view to launching a new intiative to marry the two parties up. GCL can also provide universities and further education with a list of developers who are keen to get involved and can provide funding for the redevelopments, if necessary.
