Average annual daily flow for 2010 for the M65 is 72,000 vehicles (two-way).
CUSTOMER NUMBERS
The MSA is attracting an average of approximately 20,000 vehicle visits per week. This equates to a weekly average of some 12,500 vehicles using the Amenity Building. Assuming an average of 1.4 people per vehicle this gives over 17,500 people per week. Coach visits average some 64 coaches per week. These figures are derived from actual ‘traffic counter’ data.

There are currently two units available:

Unit 3 102 sq m (1097 sq.ft)
It is potentially possible for the Landlord to extend or sub-divide these units, specific to operator requirements.
