Motorway Service Station Management

Currently GCL advises on 8 Motorway Service Areas across the country including the largest MSA in the UK. We act for insitutional clients and provide agency and asset management advice going forward benefiting from our knowledge and relationship with the retailers. We will have a similar role with the new motorway services areas that are being built in Cobham on the M25 and Beaconsfield at junction 2 of the M40.
