- Clients are advised as to future costs of maintaining the building through planned maintenance programmes.
- Tenants are monitored and all arrears are rigorously pursued with maximum effort exerted to recuperate monies are due.
- Duties are performed as above with regard to any subtenant income.
- Operational portfolios are examined closely for property cost savings including utilisation of surplus space.
- Everything where appropriate rent, service charge and insurance demands and assistant with utility and rates charges.
- Grice Collins Long are experienced in the management not only of roadside/travel sector properties but also the full range of commercial investments, i.e. shopping centres and parades, retail warehousing, offices, industrial and filling stations.
- The management team currently manage 9 Service Area and Petrol Filing Stations and deal with the complex turnover rents and filing station volume sales. The team are known as one of the leading independent advisors in this field.
