Bob is responsible for the Management arm of GCL. He brings to that role some 35 years of experience.
Bob has a wide range of experience with varied property types including:

- Motorway Service Areas
- Petrol filling stations
- Mixed developments
- Residential blocks
Key Area of Specialism
Dealing with turnover rents which is also an area of expertise for GCL generally, placing them at the forefront of a growing area of interest for landlords, Bob enjoys finding ways to achieve new income for owners. All locations are looked at in depth adding a large element of Asset Management to the role rather than that of the traditional surveyor. He particularly specialises in the generation of advertising revenues from sites in ways both traditional and new. There are ever expanding opportunities for income in this area and it is often overlooked by other surveying practices.
Key Current Client
Bob feels that GCL are equipped to deal with any property management issues that arise, no matter how varied or complex. In fact, Bob enjoys dealing with clients' problem properties and finding ways to improve them both in terms of income, day to day control, and cost to the client's benefit. Diageo, for example have employed Bob for over 12 years and across 3 different companies in this role for them.

These roles were both in a management position (plus Aquisitions and Disposals) giving Bob a rare insight into the mindset of tenants and retailers in particular.
In his precious spare time Bob enjoys watching football and playing badminton. He is also a frustrated lead guitarist but will be found almost weekly at a live music event around London.
