Andrew Long is one of the founder Shareholders and Directors of GCL from 2006, when GCL was set up to support the property services requirements of the Extra MSA Group, along with its other established relationship main clients.
Andrew Long has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1983 and has held senior positions as a Partner or Director since 1984, both in Private Practice and Property Investment and Development Companies. For approximately 23 years he has primarily specialised in Roadside development and investment transactions and in 1992 was one of the founder Directors and Shareholders of the Swayfields / Extra MSA Group.
Andrew Long’s primary role is CEO of the Extra MSA Group, but he continues to be a member of the GCL Board of Director and a major Shareholder in the GCL company. The Extra MSA Group is a long established client of GCL.
